I get this error for several months now when I log into Muse wallet and cannot see any of my balances and have not seen a solution posted anywhere. Is there a solution?

The old MUSE blockchain can no longer synchronize, nor does it need to synchronize any more

 I would like to access my new online wallet, I currently do not see my balance and at bottom of screen it says

I had my muse on the old muse client but transferred everything to the new online wallet for the new snapshot and it worked for a couple weeks initially but has not worked for months now.

This is the web wallet with the above problem https://wallet.muse.help

This wallet will not accept my private key from the account above   https://wallet.museblockchain.com/#/wallet

I see what you mean
Old wallet doesn't sync, doesn't affect your private key around you
You don't have to see your MUSE number (in the old web wallet), and you just need to get your private key there
